The Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts kicked off Wednesday, July 10 with Children & Youth Day and concludes Sunday, July 14 Noon - 5pm. The award winning and nationally recognized annual even draws in over 100,000 people to downtown State College for it's sidewalk sales, gallery exhibitions, music, dance and theatrical performances.
